Salam Alaikum dear sisters. 🌸
How are you feeling today?

Today 🗓️ Day 22 , The Emotions Wheel: Name What You Feel
This message might seem like it should have come on Day 1… but I intentionally saved it for Day 22.
And here’s the reason why:

👉 In the beginning of a healing journey, emotions can feel too raw, too tangled, or even numbed out.
We often don’t know what we feel we just know we feel “off,” “tired,” “irritated,” or “sad.”
But as we’ve moved through 21 days of emotional detox , reflection, release, and reset, your heart is quieter now and soul a bit more honest.

Now you’re ready to ask yourself:

“What exactly am I feeling?”
Not what I should feel. Not what others expect me to feel.
Just… what is real in me right now?

The Emotions Wheel is a simple tool that helps us move beyond vague labels like “angry” or “sad” and into specific, deeper understanding of what we’re truly experiencing.

💡 For example:
“Angry” could mean…
→ frustrated
→ betrayed
→ powerless
→ resentful

Each version leads to a different healing response. When we name it clearly, we can work with it, pray through it, and release it.

Today’s Practice
1. Look at the Emotions Wheel.
2. Close your eyes. Breathe slowly. Ask yourself:
“What am I really feeling today?”
3. Find the closest words on the wheel. Write them down in your journal or whisper them in dua.
Notice if you’re avoiding a feeling. That feeling probably holds your next level of growth.

Naming your emotions is not weakness, it’s wisdom.
Even the Prophet ﷺ expressed grief, sorrow, and joy with clarity and openness.
To feel is human and to understand is healing. And to bring it to Allah SWT is transformation.

Wishing you a day of clarity and self-honesty.🌸❤️
