Salam Alaikum dear sisters,
How are you feeling today? 🌸

A warm welcome to our new sisters joining the group. ❤️

Yesterday I shared a lot of information. Please take a moment to read it consciously and share your thoughts about the image from yesterday. Your insights are truly meaningful.
Thank you who did it.❤️

🌿Today is Day 6 of our Emotional Detox Plan: and focus on Forgiveness & Letting Go

Is it easy to forgive?

In my private consultations, I always say - it’s impossible to truly forget.
Every event, person, and situation leaves an imprint in our body and subconscious mind.

It’s like a tape - everything is recorded. Even if our short-term memory forgets, the imprint remains.

So imagine the power or harm our words and actions carry.
That’s why I always invite you to live consciously: become aware of your reactions, triggers, actions, words, and even your thoughts.

💡 Emotional memories, especially painful ones, are stored in deeper brain areas like the amygdala and hippocampus.
Even if we’re not thinking about them consciously, the body remembers through reactions, stress responses, and emotional triggers. Trauma, shame, or betrayal become recorded in the nervous system what many call “the body keeps the score.”

So in most cases we don’t forget we just suppress.

Today we focusing on releasing emotional baggage and making space for peace.

You can forgive without forgetting. Forgiveness is about releasing the emotional charge, not erasing the memory.
You might still remember but without pain, anger, or attachment.

This is a powerful step on your healing journey.

💖 Today’s task I divided in 3 steps:

🌬️ Step 1: Grounding Breathwork (5–10 min)
Practice deep or box breathing:
Inhale 4s → Hold 4s → Exhale 4s → Hold 4s. As you breathe, visualize releasing any grudges, tension, or emotional heaviness.
With each exhale, let go of what no longer serves you. With each inhale, breathe in colorful, light loving energy. Close your eyes and visualise it.

📖 Step 2: Journaling Prompt
( take your time and don’t restrict your time)
Write: “Who or what do I need to forgive in order to feel free?”

Let it flow. It can be a letter to someone (no need to send it) — or to yourself.
Even if journaling isn’t your favorite, write just a few lines. Remember task is for you and
writing brings you clarity and emotional relief.

💧 Step 3: Nourish and move Your Body ( all day)

Remember: anytime you let go whether emotionally, during tears, ovulation, or menstruation your body is naturally releasing.
So you need to drink plenty of water to support both physical and emotional detox.
Eat simple, anti-inflammatory foods: leafy greens, turmeric, berries, ginger tea ect.
Take a short walk or move gently around your space.

While moving, repeat to yourself:
“I release what no longer serves me.”
Stretch, sway, or even dance if you feel like it, your body knows best.

🌌 And… It’s Okay If It Feels Hard

*Everything you’re feeling is okay*🌸.
Forgiveness doesn’t always come easily and that’s normal.

If you feel resistance today, just observe it without judgment.
Even just noticing is a step toward healing.

Ask yourself:
“How much energy is my inner conflict using?”
The situation may be in the past but are you still carrying and living in it?
How many days, months and years?
*It’s perfect time to let it go.*🕊️

Releasing and forgiving isn’t forgetting, it’s reclaiming your energy.
I’m giving you these steps, but if you need support, please feel free to message me privately.

We’re here to support each other.
This group is filled with beautiful sisters, each on a unique journey.

💫 Sending love and light your way today 💖
