Salam Alaikum dear Sisters,🌸
How are you feeling today?

A little reminder today, especially for those feeling low, lacking strength, or holding back tears: You’re not broken — you’re in rhythm with nature.
We are in the New moon phase just like the moon disappears from view, it invites us to turn inward, reflect, and release what no longer serves us.
It’s a powerful time to set intentions, especially for emotional healing, personal growth, or calling in what your soul truly needs.

For those who are menstruating during the New moon, know that your body is naturally more inward, still, and reflective.

So what you can do for yourself:
✅*Rest more* - let your body slow down. Tell your husband you’ll be moving more slowly than usual.
✅*Ask for help*.
✅*Create a calming space for reflection and prayer.*
✅*Write down intentions or duas for what you wish to grow or heal.*
✅*Let go of guilt, pressure, or emotional burdens you’ve been carrying.*
✅*Connect with other women (even quietly)*, as feminine energy tends to deepen and align more strongly during lunar shifts.

Listening to your body.
Our bodies are wise.

They don’t just carry us they reflect us.

Every heartbeat, every symptom, every shift in energy has something to say.
And when it comes to blood pressure whether too low or too high the message is often more emotional than physical.

So today about Blood Pressure (from a psychosomatic lens)

As many of you know, I consult holistically, and one of my purposes is give you information to reflect on.

For most adults, normal blood pressure is typically around 120/80 mmHg:
• Systolic (top number): 90–120 mmHg
• Diastolic (bottom number): 60–80 mmHg

Values consistently below or above this range may indicate hypotension or hypertension, and should be monitored with care.

If You Live with Hypotension (Low Blood Pressure)
and you’re warming yourself with a coffee cup to raise it… know that psychosomatically, it may reflect:

✅A subconscious desire to slow down, withdraw, or disappear from pressure or demands.
✅A lack of inner drive or purpose, where the fire of motivation feels dimmed.
✅A life lived out of alignment with your truth, where joy is postponed and self-expression is silenced.
✅A gentle nervous system, overwhelmed by the pace of the world.
✅Old emotional imprints like criticism, shame, or control that taught you it’s safer to shrink than to be seen.

The body, in its wisdom, lowers the pressure not just in the arteries, but on the entire system.
It invites rest, stillness, and reconnection.

If You Live with Hypertension (High Blood Pressure):

And are living on prescription medication, psychosomatically, it’s signal:

✅Internalized stress and emotional tension that has no outlet.
✅A long-standing habit of holding back emotion — especially anger, frustration, or grief.
✅The pressure of being “the strong one,” the responsible one, the one who never breaks.
✅A life driven by overdoing, overthinking, overgiving.
✅A nervous system that’s constantly on guard, as if under threat, even when it’s not.

The body responds with pressure not to punish, but to protect.
To keep going, even when the soul longs to exhale.

So, Dear Sisters…

If your body whispers or screams through blood pressure changes, ask yourself:

❤️‍🩹What am I no longer willing to carry?
❤️‍🩹What parts of me have I silenced to be loved or accepted?
❤️‍🩹Where have I abandoned my softness in the name of strength?❤️‍🩹Am I living for approval — or for peace?

Your healing starts from connection with yoursel:

❤️ Reconnect to your body through breath, movement, grounding.*
❤️ Reconnect to your feelings even the messy ones. And later will teach you how to do it.
❤️ Reconnect to your truth the one you lived before the world told you to hide it.
❤️ Reconnect to your joy not to perform, but to come alive again.

Affirmations for both journeys:

“I listen to the quiet messages of my body with love.”
“I no longer rush or hide, I choose to live in rhythm with myself.”
“I release pressure and welcome peace.”
“I am worthy of joy, softness, and strength that flows from within.”

Whether you feel slow and faded, or tense and overwhelmed know this:
Your body is not failing you.
It is inviting you to return.

Return not just to rest, but to realness.
Not just to balance, but to belonging to yourself.

Wishing everyone good health and peaceful day. ❤️
