Salam Alaikum dear sisters,
I hope you are doing well. 🌸

A short reminder.
Today a lady approached me and complained of sudden kidney pain. I had seen her before at work, and she always looked fit and healthy. I asked her, “What are you afraid of?” She was surprised how do I know she afraid, but I explained: often kidney pain is not just physical, it can reflect unspoken fear or emotions that settle in the body.
Each of us has weaker areas in our body, and when emotions remain unexpressed, they often lodge in those vulnerable parts, creating pain. Pain is a signal: “Pay attention to me.” In her case, hot water, hydration, and most importantly, emotional release can bring relief.

Sisters, remember, unspoken/ unprocessed emotions don’t disappear. They settle in our bodies. They may show up as kidney pain, migraines, or other discomforts. How often do we hold stress in our heads until it becomes a headache? How often do we overthink instead of letting emotions flow?

🌿 One of the greatest tools Allah SWT has given us is expression. Women are created with the gift of talking, it is part of how we heal. If you don’t have someone at home to talk to, then talk to Allah SWT, your cat, or even a tree in the garden, but never let emotions stay stuck inside.
And when words feel too heavy to speak, take the path of writing. ✍️ Writing is a safe outlet for your emotions. You don’t need to share it with anyone if you don’t feel comfortable. You can keep it, rip it up, or let it go. The power is in releasing it from your heart onto paper.

Writing is more than words on a page - it is the voice of the soul.
🖊️ It gives shape to feelings we cannot speak, offering clarity and expression in silence.
🌱 It heals, releasing the weight we carry inside, transforming pain into peace.
🔥 It creates, anchoring dreams, intentions, and visions into reality.

In every line, writing transforms the invisible into the visible - thought into form, emotion into healing, vision into truth.
It is self-therapy, self-discovery, and sometimes, self-rebirth.
So, dear sisters, whenever you pick up the pen, remember:
What you write, you set free. What you write, you anchor. What you write, you become.❤️
And no, typing on device is not the same as hand writing ✍️.

Trust your intuition. You already carry within you the knowledge of how to heal your body and soul. 🌺

With love, may Allah SWT grant you all healing, balance, and peace.🤲🏻❤️
