Salam Alaikum dear sisters,🌸
I hope you’re all feeling well today.
A warm welcome to our new sisters who’ve just joined the group.❤️
As I’ve said before, this group isn’t for those looking for a “quick fix” or magic tablet because I simply don’t have that to offer.
But what I do have, and what I’m here to share, is knowledge collected over the past 20 years, real advice, strategies, and lived experiences tested by me and other sisters that can truly help if practiced.
Many times I’ve mentioned:
🌿 Advice won’t change your life unless you start practicing.
🌿 Transformation begins when you shift your inner attitude and personal beliefs (not religious beliefs, but mindset).
🌿 True growth happens when you open your heart to see things from another perspective.
🌿 And most importantly when you begin to truly know yourself, return to your femininity, and begin to heal from past traumas that’s when deep and lasting change becomes possible.
You’ve probably noticed how easy it is to scroll through social media, saving good advices, parenting tips, recipes, self-help reminders and then… do nothing. Or try once and forget. No consistency.
Why?
Because change doesn’t come from collecting knowledge or just simply reading or watching, it comes from intention, action, and heart-led consistency.
So today, I want to share with you a simple, practical advice from me as a mom and as a human being:
Please try it in those moments when you feel yourself reacting to your child, and the atmosphere at home is starting to heat up.
🌿 When you feel yourself getting irritated rushing your child to eat, brush teeth, or just leave the house and you notice your voice sharpening, your tone changing, your energy turning into control…
You have two choices:
1. Go deeper into control pressure, threats, frustration.
2. Or pause… take a breath… and choose connection.
Here’s something that has helped me and many other sisters in emotional moments:
Say to your child:
“Let’s stop and just look into each other’s eyes for 10 seconds.”
Look with love at your child. Without pressure, just you, this moment and a child. Just reconnect.
Those 10 seconds changes everything. The energy shifts. You both come down.
And usually you won’t even be late anywhere.
✨ And yes, this works with your husband too.
In a moment of tension, try gently saying:
“Can we pause and just look at each other’s eyes for a moment?”
It may feel simple, and maybe unbelievably hard or oddly but it brings you back to presence and reminds you both that you’re not against each other, you’re on the same team.
When we react we’re no longer in the present.
But when we pause and truly see each other we come back to what really matters.
So do it. Just stop. Do deep breath.
Look into their eyes with love.
It’s small… but it’s powerful. ❤️
This kind of shift from control to connection, from reaction to presence doesn’t require perfection. It just needs awareness, intention, and a bit of practice.
Sisters, you all can shift like that.
Not every time, not flawlessly, but often enough to make a big difference in your child’s nervous system, in your marriage, and in your own heart.
Let me know how it feels for you. This space is here for your growth not overnight, but day by day, heart by heart.
And remember:
Self-development is a journey not something to master in one day.
Just like a sportsman needs a coach to train, guide, and support them through challenges… you are not alone you are supported here.
Step by step, we grow stronger together, InshaAllah.
Wishing everyone a beautiful and peaceful day. ☀️
