Salam Alaikum dear Brothers and Sisters,

I hope you’re all feeling well today.

✨ A warm welcome to the new members who recently joined.

Lately, I’ve been sending fewer messages than usual and there are a few reasons behind that, especially when we consider the natural difference between feminine and masculine internal energies.

Today, let’s take a moment to reflect on our EMOTIONS those four powerful forces we all carry:
Fear, Anger, Sadness, and Joy.

Just like primary colors, these emotions are the foundations of our inner world.
They are not “bad” or “negative.”
They are signals, messengers with purpose. But just like colors have shades, emotions have intensity.
Too weak and they don’t help us.
Too strong and they can overwhelm us.

When emotions are in balance, they serve us:
• Fear protects
• Anger defends
• Sadness releases
• Joy connects

But when we don’t know how to recognise or express them, emotions start working against us, not for us.
We begin to suppress, hide, or overreact not because we’re wrong, but because we were never taught how to feel wisely.

Children especially are our emotional mirrors.
They absorb the emotional state of their parents like sponges.
They express what the adult is silently carrying inside.
That’s why children may act out at home after being “perfect” all day in school or nursery. It’s not misbehavior, it’s emotional overflow.
They coped all day at school.
And now, at home, the safest place they know, they release.
Not just their own emotions, but often the ones they absorbed from you.
So the most important thing we can do as parents, or even just as humans in community is this:
*Take care of your own emotional health.*🫀
Because if we want to hold space for someone else’s emotions, we must first know how to hold space for our own.

If you’re feeling overwhelmed by your child’s reactions, your spouse behavior, or even your own inner waves return to this question:

“What is this emotion trying to tell me?”
Not to judge it, but to listen.
Then ask:
“How can I safely move this energy through movement, breath, words, prayer, or rest?”

And finally, dear brothers and sisters, let’s stop measuring well-being by appearances, good grades, quiet behavior, fake smiles.
Let’s learn to feel, to notice, to ask gently:
“How are you, really?”

Because the real work of healing begins when we stop ignoring emotions and start walking beside them with compassion.

*Wishing you all to know yourself more and others, and to have emotional wisdom.*🤲🏻☀️
