Salam Alaikum sisters. 🌸
I hope you are doing well.

As many of you already know, I am a revert. I carefully examine each statement and do not believe blindly, as I want to understand the meaning on a deeper level.

So today a R.E.M.I.N.D.E.R. about SMILE AND LAUGH

A smile is a simple yet impactful act of kindness. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Your smile for your brother is a charity” (Hadith, Tirmidhi).

Science and experience also show that a good mood and laughter have healing effects, boost immunity, reduce stress, and uplift people around us. Positive emotions not only strengthen our own well-being but also spread positivity to others, fostering connection and joy.

The story of Norman Cousins is a powerful example. Diagnosed with a fatal illness, he used laughter and positivity to aid his recovery, proving that emotions can influence healing. His groundbreaking book, Anatomy of an Illness, explores the relationship between positive emotions and health. If you’re curious, it’s an inspiring read.

I always saying you can’t fake your energy.
It’s surrounding you and is spread more far than you can imagine. Remember, your energy—good or bad—affects those around you.
So if you smile, radiate positivity you uplift your surroundings. Small acts like these can bring benefits to yourself and others.
