If you can, include both, but if not, sprouts are an excellent alternative. They’re easy to grow at home in just 4–5 days. Simply soak the seeds overnight, rinse daily, and let them grow in a jar.
Add a small handful to salads or smoothies for a simple, natural boost. In fact, they contain 10–100× more of certain beneficial compounds.
