Dear sisters,
For those who recently joined and all group sisters, I know some of you might be going through a rough or difficult time, and perhaps todays message doesn’t fully speak to you yet. But please remember, dear sisters, that whether in good times or hard times, we are still human beings, we are still moving forward, and we cannot remain stuck in one place.
Hard times, as well as feeling sad, upset, angry, frustrated, or even depressed, are part of being human. From time to time we all go through the rough tests of life. Islam does not forbid us from having these emotions, but it reminds us not to let them grow into lasting grudges or pull us down into heavy states of anger, despair, or bitterness. At the same time, Islam does not ask us to remain in a place of harm or abuse. Protecting ourselves, seeking help, and moving toward safety and healing are also part of faith.
The Prophet pbuh taught that it is not permissible to cut off or abandon a fellow Muslim for more than three days. So even if we are hurt or upset, we are encouraged to reconcile quickly, forgive, and choose peace in our hearts.
And always know that you have people around who will listen and help you. You are never alone in your struggles- Allah SWT is with you too. If it is something private, you are welcome to reach out to me directly; everyone is entitled to a free 30-minute consultation. But all the amazing sisters in this group are ready to help and answer you from their own experience and knowledge.🌸
Many sisters in this group have been here for a long time, taking things step by step, learning about themselves and others, and growing together. They gather knowledge not only from here but also from other groups, online courses, and personal experiences. Take from this group whatever resonates with you.
And if one day you decide to leave, know that even without sharing much, your presence here leaves an imprint. Your energy and your vibes remain with us. This group is always growing and will continue to grow InshaAllah, and everyone here is staying voluntarily. Personally, I am amazed and grateful that some sisters have been with us since the very beginning. This year we will celebrate the third anniversary of this group, and it fills me with joy to witness the transformations and growth of so many of you.
I pray that each of you continues to grow here, beyond this group, and in every area of your life. May you never stop learning. Like all of you, I am also a student of life.
With love and duas,❤️🤲🏻
Maryam
