I received few private messages and sisters allowing to post answers here on the group. So maybe you’ll can adapt to your situations and will get answer to yourself.

1. My 11 years old son biting us when playing. How to stop his behaviour?

I always joking, some moms and dads having “man eater” language. 😄 From a big love they say: “ I’ll eat you” , “I’ll bite your leg”, “ Yummy you fingers and toes” and gently biting children.
If a child playfully doing that, most likely he is copying an adult. What not necessary adults like. And children biting with all power, they can’t control themselves as they don’t have abilities.

Another thing if biting with angriness. Then speak patiently, understandingly and consistently. Name his emotion:
“ Feeling angry, but you can't bite me/daddy/ sister/ cat…”. Suggest an alternative: “but you can bite this toy ( example:special ring for teeth) or I’ll give you an apple to bite ect.
The most important your calmness and patience. And everything what is safe to bite is ok.
Don’t bite child back, laugh or slap him.
