Salam Alaikum sisters🌸
Hope you all are feeling well.
I received one reply from the woman, who said that she is always scolding herself, blaming herself and calling herself stupid if she is spilling or braking something. She said it’s so natural for me, but feeling bad about it.
Most of us hear that inner monologue of blame and condemnation within ourselves that we heard as a children.
Yes, it’s coming from our childhood and we expressing/ passing it to our children.
Stopping and speaking new words is like learning a new language, and at first you may even find it unnatural, unfamiliar, because scolding and punishing yourself (which we unconsciously pass on to children) became like a "second nature" and it’s very familiar for us.
But it is called “second nature” for a reason, because our first and main nature is respectful , compassionate, loving❤️
I believe that this is our real language and we can consciously learn it again.
But only you can stop yourself from blaming yourself by being fully consciousness about what are you doing, how you are feeling now.
Concentrate on now, be in present for yourself and children, take your time, don’t rush.
We all been rushed from the childhood too. But from now take a decision not to rush.
About rushing I’ll write you more InshaAllah.
Have a nice and peaceful day🌸🤗
