Salam Alaikum sisters. How are you feeling today? 🌸
It’s been more than a month I recommended you all to answer to this question -“Better and better Alhamdulillah”.
Did you notice difference in your life?
Please share in the group.
Our mind is responsible for various aspects of our thoughts, emotions, perceptions and behaviour, and always searching for approval, “scanning” environment.
There are many researches done that affirmations and phrases that promotes positivity, resilience and hope affects our physical body and life in general in a positive way.
In other words: thoughts, words and feelings matters and they become a reality.
So I highly recommend regularly use affirmations as it’s reducing stress, boosting your confidence, helping mind to focus on the good and approach difficulties with a more positive attitude.
Create phrases and affirmations for yourself, repeat them regularly, ideally daily and believe in a words you are saying. Over time, it will contribute to maintaining a positive and resilient mindset. And it becomes your reality.
I’m attaching example from internet. But my advice would be - create your own phrases and affirmations. Example you are lacking health:
“My body is healing and I’m strong”.
Also close your eyes and send love, care to that body part and imagine the healing processes.
Feel gratitude and pray. As full Shifa coming from Allah SWT. It should be harmony in body, soul and mind. Prayer is soul’s food.
Don’t forget to teach your kids how to use affirmations and phrases. Especially teenagers, when they are feeling overwhelmed and incomplete, not comfortable and confident about their appearance and body itself.
Teach them to pronounce not what they lacking but what they are having beautiful and nice. Often they need help to see it by themselves.
So next time about self worth and self esteem InshaAllah.
Meanwhile create minimum 5 daily affirmations/ phrases. And read/ repeat it daily.
Wishing everyone to discover your own strength, peace and positivity. ❤️
