I noticed some of you were disconnected during the session, and I’m not sure what happene, but don’t worry, InshaAllah I will be answering all the questions, and things will become clearer over time. One of the beautiful questions asked was:
“What is a woman’s feminine energy?”
That’s such a beautiful and important question, MashaAllah.
A woman’s feminine energy is the natural, nurturing, and intuitive side of her. It’s not weakness or passivity, it’s softness with strength, grace with wisdom, and being deeply connected to your heart, body, and soul.
It can show up as:
❤️Compassion and empathy
❤️Emotional awareness and intuition
❤️The ability to receive, nurture, and flow with life
❤️Creativity, beauty, and presence
❤️Trusting Allah’s SWT qadr with patience and grace
In Islam, we see feminine energy in the beautiful qualities Allah SWT gave women:
Rahma (mercy), sabr (patience), haya (modesty), and tawakkul (reliance on Allah SWT ).
This doesn’t mean every woman expresses these in the same way. Some of us are more quiet, others are bold, both are valid. The key is to be authentic and stay connected to your natural fitrah.
Feminine energy is not about shrinking yourself, it’s about honoring the way Allah SWT designed you, embracing your strengths, and living with softness and power in balance.
