Salam Alaikum dear sisters,

I hope you all are feeling better and better, InshaAllah. I’m so glad to see how beautifully you all took care of the sister who wasn’t feeling well. May Allah SWT reward you all for your kindness and compassion, and may He grant our sister full recovery, good health, and strength. Ameen.🤲🏻❤️

Many sisters, whether born Muslim or reverts, go through moments where they feel low in their connection with prayer. Please remember this: Allah SWT sees your intention. Even when your actions are small, your sincerity is big in His eyes.

Islam is not here to complicate our lives. Just like our physical body needs food, water, and rest, our mind needs knowledge, training and reflection, and our emotions need attention and understanding and just to feel it. The soul needs its nourishment too — through prayer, dhikr, meditation, quiet time, and being connected to Allah SWT.

When your body is tired or in pain, and your mood is low, just take one small step toward prayer. Sit on the prayer mat. Do adhkar. Speak to Allah SWT in your own words. Say what you are grateful for. These small actions help uplift the heart, even if just a little. Gratitude is a prayer itself and high emotional energy.

The low feelings don’t always go away quickly but they do fade more gently when you stop pressuring yourself, stop blaming or shaming yourself or others in your thoughts. Be kind to yourself. You are never alone. Allah SWT is always near, always aware of your struggle.

To those sisters who feel like they give everything to others and have nothing left for themselves — this is your sign to pause and refill your cup. ‼️Your emotions, your body, your soul -they all need care from you. Where it hurts, healing begins. Don’t ignore what your heart is trying to tell you.

Every sister is on her own journey and her own speed. Healing, peace, and spiritual growth don’t come all at once. Be patient with yourself. Women are created with natural rhythms, not made for harsh control, analysing, or creating strategies. Let yourself feel, release, and flow -like water. This isn’t weakness. It’s part of how Allah SWT designed us.

🌑 *Right now, we are almost approaching the new moon.*( starts on Wednesday)

The new moon in nature marks a time of renewal and intention. It’s a fresh cycle and for many of us, this aligns with
menstruation and a feeling of beginning again physically, mentally, and spiritually.

The sky may look empty during the new moon, but it’s not. It’s in hiding, preparing. This teaches us something: our stillness, our quiet moments, and even our unseen efforts are valuable.

This is the time to reflect:
• What do I want to leave behind this month ?
• What do I want to start again?
• What intention do I carry into this next phase?

It doesn’t have to be dramatic, even the smallest intention is powerful when made with sincerity.

So if you’re resting, menstruating, or simply feeling low right now -that’s okay. Use this new moon energy as a moment to reconnect with your fitrah, and with Allah SWT. *Everything begins again. So can you.*❤️🌸☀️

You don’t have to do everything. You don’t have to be perfect. Just take one step, even if it’s just whispering “Ya Allah” with sincerity. That step counts. That step is seen.

May Allah SWT ease our hearts, body and soul pains and bring peace. Ameen.❤️
