P.S. If children fights happened at school then it was teachers responsibility to see both children and help them regulate- integrate emotions + to see their needs and help them to stop.p
I know many teachers are not trained and not having skills how to deal in such situations. Because they themselves don’t know how to deal with emotions and feelings and simply putting labels “bad child/ good child” and traditional school system didn’t “grow” up till that level that each child should be heard, visible and grow without punishments and praises.
And many of you understand that 1-2 teachers can’t see and respond to the 30 children needs. But it’s not children’s problem that schools not having enough adults to help them.
