We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️

Salam Alaikum dear Sisters🌸, I hope you are all feeling better and better InshaAllah.

The Day of Arafah reminds us that healing begins when we return to Allah SWT with honesty, hope, and self-compassion.

For me, this day means pause, reflection, and mercy. It is a reminder that no matter how heavy the heart becomes, Allah’s door is always open. Arafah feels like a chance to begin again, to let go of guilt, fears, and silent pain, and return to Allah with hope.

Psychology teaches us that the words we repeat to ourselves shape our emotional wellbeing. Islam teaches us that Allah’s mercy is greater than our mistakes. So today, instead of carrying guilt, comparison, or self-criticism, speak to yourself with the same mercy Allah SWT loves for His servants.

Arafah is not only a day of dua, it is a day of emotional renewal. Let go of what weighs on your heart. Your past does not define your worth. Your struggles do not make you less beloved to Allah.

Today is a chance to reset your heart:

✅Replace anxiety with tawakkul.
✅Replace overthinking with dhikr.
✅Replace self-doubt with trust in Allah’s plan.

May Allah SWT heal every sadness, accept every dua, and make us among those forgiven and deeply loved by Him on this blessed day. 🤲🏻❤️
