This is The Blob Tree method, created by British psychologist Pip Wilson. Originally it was designed for children and young people , but it has proven to be effective for all age adults as well. The Blob Tree helps us to reflect on current emotional state and the changes we wish to make in our lives.
It encourages self-reflection, discussions about personal growth, and well-being by allowing us to visualise where we are in life and where we want to be. This method is widely used by psychologists, counselors, educators, healthcare specialists ect.
Each character in the Blob Tree represents a different state of mind, social tendency, or personal attribute, giving you insight into how you view yourself and interact with the world.
Here’s what the Blob Tree characters represent:
1, 3, 6, 7: These blobs represent people who are goal-oriented, resilient, and unafraid to face obstacles. They are ready to take on challenges and pursue their objectives with determination.
