Salam Alaikum, dear sisters.🌸How are you feeling today?

Those of you who’ve been in this group for a while – I hope you haven’t forgotten answering better and better, Alhamdulillah. Are you still doing it?

Because how we speak – even in small ways – begins to shape how we feel. And how we feel shapes how we live.

TODAY ABOUT:

Caution – YOUR THOUGHTS!!!

💭 Have you noticed that your thoughts create your reality?

What you think every single day becomes your belief system – and your beliefs determine your actions, choices, and the quality of your life.

Have you ever stopped to observe the thoughts running through your mind?
You are not your thoughts. You are the one watching them.
You can’t always stop a negative thought from showing up — but you can choose how to respond to it.
Over time, by consistently replacing disempowering thoughts with healthier ones, you literally rewire your brain (a process known as neuroplasticity).

So while we might not control which thoughts appear, we absolutely control which ones we feed.

So what thoughts you are usually having about yourself?

Maybe they sound like:

“Good morning, beautiful! You look stunning today, and it’s going to be a wonderful day!”

“MashaAllah , dinner turned out so well – I’m really happy how tasty I cooked today.”

“Yes, I made a few mistakes at work, but it means I’m learning and growing. And that’s amazing.”

Or maybe… they sound more like this:

“Ugh… look at my face this morning, what a mess.”

“Of course I messed it up again. Too little salt, watery porridge, burnt meatballs . I can’t even cook biryani properly.”

“I’m so stupid. I never get anything right.”

Let me say it again clearly:

*What you think – you become.*‼️

Your thoughts shape your beliefs. Your beliefs shape your behavior. And your behavior creates your life.

So… what are your thoughts saying about you?

One of the most powerful and simple ways to grow self-confidence and increase self-worth is to begin shifting your thoughts throughout the day.
Not just when you wake up, not just when you’re feeling good. But especially in those ordinary, messy, emotional moments. When you’re tired. When you’re doubting yourself. When you’re doing the dishes or stuck in traffic.

Observe your thoughts. 💭 Catch the ones that tear you down and replace them with something better.

Here’s a little practice – it’s based on cognitive therapy, which is a well-established field in psychology focused on the power of thought.

For the next 2–3 days, write down at least 5 thoughts you have about yourself every day.
That’s it. No judgment. Just observe and write.

Why?

Because once you become aware of what you’re telling yourself, you gain the power to change it.

You’ve probably heard of affirmations – and no, they’re not magic, they’re psychology.

When you repeatedly speak empowering thoughts, your brain starts accepting them as truth.
And when that happens, your behavior shifts to match your new beliefs.

If you tell yourself every day:

“I trust myself” – you will start to feel it and live it.

But if your inner voice says:

“Nothing ever works out for me” – you’ll start unconsciously avoiding the very opportunities that could lead to success.

So, which affirmation will you choose today?

• I lovingly create a beautiful life.
• I trust my decisions.
• I am worthy of the very best.
• I choose to live in joy.
• I feel like a radiant, feminine woman.

Live Feminine and Passionate.
Because your thoughts are the foundation of the life you’re building.

Wishing each and every one of you a beautiful, inspired day – full of self-love, gentle awareness, and the courage to think kinder thoughts about yourself.❤️
