To those sisters who recently joined — welcome.🌸
You might be wondering, “Who is she, and what is this group about?” — especially if you haven’t had a chance to read the description yet (please do!).
And to the lovely sisters who’ve been here for nearly 3 years — thank you for your patience with my repeated introductions!❤️

I’m a woman – Maryam.
A revert to Islam, a mother of two, and a holistic coach. 20 years ago, I completed my studies in medicine and psychology, but I quickly realised that true healing doesn’t come from a tablet alone. This led me to explore psychosomatics — the deep connection between emotions, beliefs, and physical health.

Over the past 7 years, I’ve been on a journey of conscious personal growth, guided by mentors, deep self-reflection, and emotional healing.
My focus has been on inner child healing, generational trauma, emotional well-being, positive parenting, and relationships — because I, too, have faced struggles in these areas.

My personal challenges inspired me to grow and learn more about myself first, and now I support others on that same path — sharing all my knowledge and experience through a holistic lens.

I’m currently continuing my psychology studies in various fields, with a special interest in women’s energy psychology, emotional awareness, and healing through faith-based methods. I also explore alternative medicine and herbalism, and work closely with special needs children, adults, and their families. I’m consulting privately and running self development and parenting classes.

To be honest, I’ve stopped counting diplomas, certificates ect.
Because at the end of the day, like all of you — I’m a woman, a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend, and a colleague.
And the true source of help is always Allah (SWT). I believe in His power and His guidance in every step we take.

I’m on this journey with you, not above you.

If you ever have private questions or need support, feel free to message me directly.
This group is a safe, supportive space for reflection, healing, and growth — rooted in faith, emotional intelligence, and sisterhood.

And if you ever ask yourself, “Where should I invest?” — my answer will always be: yourself.
Your self-development and healing will reflect in every area of your life — your relationships, health, energy, money, and inner peace.
Whatever you invest — your time, attention, effort, or finances — will come back to you in ways that truly matter.

May this group, its knowledge, and our sisterhood benefit each and every one of us, InshaAllah.🤲🏻

Have a beautiful day.☀️
