We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️
Salam Alaikum dear brothers and sisters, I hope you all are feeling well.
Warm welcome new members.
Today about MISUNDERSTANDING
Sometimes two people can hear the same words but receive different meanings. Intentions get lost, feelings get loud, and misunderstandings grow. In those moments, what we do next matters more than what we think we heard.
Let’s choose to:
• Pause before reacting. Give your heart and mind a moment to breathe.
• Listen to understand, not to defend. Ask, “Can you help me understand what you meant?”
• Seek clarification. Let the other person explain; don’t interrupt or assume.
• Digest the truth with humility. Even if it’s hard to hear, take time before you respond.
• Respond with kindness. Aim to heal, not to win.
Misunderstandings are part of being human; grace is our choice. When we slow down, listen deeply, and clarify with respect, we turn confusion into connection and conflict into growth.
And above all, remember the power of intention.
Our words may falter, our emotions may fluctuate, but when our intention is pure - rooted in love, honesty, and understanding -even the hardest moments can bring people closer.
Have a blessed and peaceful day.🤲🏻❤️
