Salam Alaikum sisters.🌸 How are you?

Today about SNOWFLAKES. ❄️ And no not about those what falling from the sky.

It's a R.E.M.I.N.D.E.R that not everyone will like, but it needs to be heard.

When we talking about raising children in relation and with respect there are parents, mostly men, who are afraid to raise kids as "snowflakes." They worry that these children won't be resilient to environmental challenges, will be overly sensitive, and will cry not only as children but also as an adults too.
People who afraid to raise "snowflakes” themselves quickly burst out and can't handle their and their kids emotions. They don't express their feelings with tears but with anger, aggression, and attack. Strangely, this behaviour is often normalised as a symbol of masculinity.
It's known that someone who attacks and dominates feels stronger than someone who admits being wrong and afraid. But both reactions are emotional responses. And if you can't resist/ accept your child's emotions and attack/shout back aggressively when your child cries/shouts so who is a “snowflake” here? In fact, an adult person who behaves this way is actually a "snowflake" who lacks internal stability, and this behaviour can be passed down from generation to generation.
An emotional reaction is the same whether it's fear or an attack, and real inner power lies in our emotional regulation, maintaining our balance and stability.

Wishing everyone to become more conscious and when you are about to shout/ attack your children or already shouting - remember this message and SNOWFLAKES❄️ It helps you to COOL DOWN and to come back to your logical thinking. Remember to use other techniques to feel emotions and stabilise yourself.

Have a blessed day❤️

P. S. And it’s not about never to shout, it’s about turning to yourself and felling, and being responsible for your own emotions and feelings. Don’t put your emotions on kids, as it’s not their responsibility how are you feeling that moment.
