Salam Alaikum sisters. How are you feeling today ?🌸
Today about SUN ☀️ and fresh air again.
I’m consulting people holistically and noticed tendency that vit. D levels in most of people blood test ( adults and kids) are extremely low. Even in summer!
I was at seaside recently and saw how asian mothers applying “big brands” suncreams to children faces, arms legs and to their bodies.
I won’t write benefits of the SUN and how harmful are suncreams (all this information can be found on Google with scientists/researchers view points and proven facts).
But today wanted to remind that Sun ☀️ is essential for our lives. And we need to know that normal human exposure to sunlight is necessary and beneficial.
Instead of telling (media and WHO) people to stay out of the SUN people should be told how much and when to be in the SUN.
Those who are having darker skin-having natural protection, they already not getting enough SUN. So no need to apply additional chemicals on the skin.
Muslim women most of the time are covered from head to toes, staying at home, so I’m encouraging to go out more often to nature: parks, forests, seasides, backyards. And encouraging to find ways how to get natural SUN( it can be private backyard, balconies, terraces, wild beaches, forests where you can uncover more your body in privacy). Btw even if cloudy days ⛅️ bodies getting benefits from SUN too.
Kids and adults should spend outside minimum 2 h per day saying mental health specialists and I totally agree with it.
Those who are extremely scared of skin cancer instead of chemical suncream can use Almond, Coconut or Sesame oils to protect the skin from SUN damage and tanning in the mid of the day. They also nourish, heal and soothe the skin.
The best time to enjoy nature and fresh air without any harm is early morning till 11 am and then afternoon from 4 pm.
Those who waking up for Fajir go out that time. It’s extremely beneficial moment. Even prayer outside on natural ground/ grass having big difference.
For those who are interested more about Sun, benefits and harm I highly recommend to listen to DR. ALEXANDER WUNSCH, MD, PHD speech here :

Btw he is an expert in photobiology and very interesting is his presentation on hidden dangers of light-emitting diode (LED) lighting that most people are completely unaware.
Enjoy SUN ☀️
P.S. I can see and hear that there is no prophylactic check up done once a year for everyone in western countries or they been removed for kids and adults. When I arrived to UK I was shocked how many people having rachitis ( rickets) in the UK 😱🤦🏼♀️ Even now I can see many adults and kids on the streets whose bones are damaged by scoliosis or rachitis. Means no one paying attention. I was shocked that no one doing full kids check ups before schools each year.
Everything left on your own responsibility and only if you sick then seek help and take paracetamol for every disease.🙃
So beside all healthy things ( exercises, gyms, healthy diet ect.) I personally highly recommend to demand from your GP 👩⚕️ full check up once a year for kids and adults and if government funded medicine not covering better to save and pay yourself.
Once a year routinely I’m recommending for everyone:
Dental check up,
Full blood test,
Urine test,
Chest X ray,
General GP check up ( blood pressure, pulse, skin condition, lymph nodes, weight ect).
And
Internal organ’s ultrasound for adults ( liver, pancreas, kidneys, aorta. Womb and thyroid and breast for women).
It’s unbelievable how in 21 century by having resources and amazing diagnostic equipment can be so many neglected diseases.😫 And let no one tell me it’s because of lack of money or doctors or too many people in the world 🤦🏼♀️
