Salam Alaikum sisters, I hope you are all doing well. 🌸
Today, I want to talk about not forcing yourself to do things that cause tension, especially when it comes to INSOMNIA.

And I’d like to share my friend’s advice for those struggling to sleep at night.
Here’s my friend’s experience with insomnia.

A few years ago, she started waking up at night and couldn’t fall back asleep for hours. Instead of getting frustrated, she began meditating. She believes she’s being “woken up” by subtle energies, and meditation helps her focus on any ideas or thoughts that come to mind. She writes these down and sends a message to herself. In the morning, she reads it and decides what to do with the insights. Meditation not only calms her but also provides rest. Can you imagine turning an uncomfortable situation into something useful? Hopefully, this method can help some of you.

If you force yourself to sleep, it can create more tension. For those feeling anxious or stressed at night, try writing your thoughts down on paper. Don’t pressure yourself to sleep, as it may only increase your anxiety. Remember, your sleep is influenced by how you’ve been living throughout the day, and even over the past weeks. If you’re tense, don’t expect to get a restful sleep right away. Be kind to yourself, and take steps to release that tension.
Btw women need more sleep than man according to researchers.

Wishing everyone to have a blessed evening and peaceful sleep. ❤️
