Salam Alaikum sisters.🌸
Hope you all are feeling well today.

Today short R.E.M.I.N.D.E.R.

One sister asked me:
“Is it really possible to break someone’s heart?”

Yes—it is. Both emotionally and physically.

When someone is hurt deeply—by words, actions, betrayal, or neglect—it causes more than emotional sadness. It affects the whole body.

There is even a real medical condition called Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy, also known as “Broken Heart Syndrome.”
It’s when emotional or physical stress literally weakens the heart muscle. It mimics a heart attack.

This shows how powerful emotional pain truly is.💔

Islam recognises this too. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) was deeply compassionate. He experienced grief and loss, and taught us to be mindful of each other’s hearts.

He said:
“The strong is not the one who overcomes others by force, but the one who controls himself while in anger.” (Bukhari & Muslim)

The Prophet (peace be upon him) lost his beloved wife Khadijah (RA), his uncle Abu Talib, and many others. He felt sorrow. He wept. And he turned to Allah with full honesty.

So yes—hearts can break.
And we are responsible for how we treat one another.

If you’re carrying grief, heartbreak, or stress—please don’t carry it alone.

Your pain is valid. And you are not weak for feeling it.

Take care of your heart—emotionally, physically, and spiritually.

Make du’a. 🤲🏻Talk to someone you trust. 🗣️Rest. 😴Seek help when needed. 🫂Heal gently, with kindness toward yourself.❤️‍🩹

Allah reminds us in the Qur’an:

“Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (Surah Ar-Ra’d 13:28)

May Allah grant us all healing, strength, and tranquility—in every part of our being: body, heart, mind and soul. May we be wise, gentle, and communicate with love and understanding.❤️🤲🏻
