Wa alaykum salam sister,
May Allah put barakah in your journey 💓
If you’re just starting out, a few areas to begin with are:
• Knowing Allah, His Names & Attributes (Asma’ul Husna). It honestly changes how you see du‘a, hardship, and everyday life.
• Seerah of the Prophet ﷺ where you learn not just events, but how he was as a human being. It makes Islam feel lived, not just learnt.
• Basic fiqh for daily life things like salah, wudu, fasting, and halal/haram basics. Practical knowledge is empowering.
• Qur’an with reflection (tafseer)
• Intentions & matters of the heart like sincerity, patience, reliance on Allah, and good character are foundational and often overlooked.
Most important thing: go slow and steady, and don’t overwhelm yourself. Consistency over quantity
If you wish to go through a more structured form of studies, I can guide you through to an institute that I personally tried and would recommend in sha Allah
May Allah make it easy and beneficial for you, aameen
