Salam Alaikum, dear brothers and sisters. I I hope you all are feeling well today.

Welcome new members to the group.❤️

Today, I want to talk about something heavy—but necessary:

“HIDE AND SEEK”

or…

CHEATING 💔in relationships.

While hide and seek is a fun game in childhood, it becomes a painful pattern in relationships.

Many people play emotional hide and seek. Hide their feelings, avoid hard conversations, run from discomfort—and sometimes, seek attention, validation, or connection outside the relationship instead of within it.

But this isn’t a game. It’s a wound acting out.

Types of Betrayal in Relationships are:
1. Physical – Cheating or any sexual activity outside the relationship. Zina
2. Emotional – Deep emotional connection or romantic feelings for someone else.
3. Financial – Hiding money, secret spending, or financial dishonesty.
4. Digital – Flirting, sexting, or secret online interactions.
5. Verbal/Trust – Lying, breaking promises, or exposing private matters.
6. Spiritual/Energetic – Prioritising someone/something else over your partner’s emotional space.

Cheating is often misunderstood. While it deeply hurts the person betrayed, it also reveals inner struggles in the one who betrays.

The truth is:

In most cases, cheating comes from personal issues, not just problems in the relationship.‼️

Even if a *relationship has challenges (and all do)*‼️,
CHEATING IS STILL A CHOICE . A painful one.

*How someone deals with dissatisfaction says more about their inner world than about their spouse.*‼️

So why do people cheat?

1. Emotional neglect – Feeling unloved or unseen.
2. Lack of intimacy – Physical or emotional needs unmet.
3. Low self-esteem – Seeking confidence or validation.
4. Boredom – Craving excitement or novelty.
5. Temptation – Acting impulsively in vulnerable moments.
6. Poor communication – Needs are hidden, not expressed.
7. Past trauma – Old wounds repeating in new ways.
8. Different values – Not everyone honors monogamy or deep emotional connection the same.
9. Revenge or escape – Avoiding endings or punishing pain.

These 9 factors are risk indicators, not guarantees.‼️

A person with low self-esteem or emotional neglect may feel tempted to seek validation elsewhere — but many still choose honesty, therapy, or open communication instead of betrayal.

*Cheating is still a CHOICE , not a destiny.*‼️

Dear brothers and sisters,
Before we point fingers, or before we fall into silence, let’s look inward.

Be truthful with yourself first, ‼️especially when you’re with your spouse.

Your spouse didn’t invest just minutes or days into you — they invested their whole self, their time, trust, energy, and love over years.

They deserve your honesty, your respect, and your presence.
RESPECT THEIR BODY, THEIR MIND, THEIR EMOTIONS .
Not secrets. Not silence. Not betrayal.

If something feels broken inside, don’t hide it.
Speak it. Face it. Heal it.

Very rarely do two people speak to each other with full honesty.
But isn’t it time to be open? When, if not now?
Isn’t it time we stop pretending and start truly connecting?
You ARE MATURE ADULTS.
So yes…
It is time. And it’s NOW.
To be honest.
To be open.
To be brave enough to say what’s real —
and gentle enough to listen without judgment.

*Because real love and respect starts with truth*— and no one deserves to be left in the dark when they’ve been walking beside you in the light.

May we all grow into the kind of love that doesn’t run or hide—but stays, speaks, and transforms.

My duas for your healing and wisdom 🤲🏻because betrayal is very painful. Very….
