We for You | Daily Reflection | *by Maryam* ❤️
Salam Alaikum dear sisters. 🌸 Hope you all are feeling well.
Welcome new sisters to the group. ❤️
🌸 Today’s Theme: Responsibility and Inner Peace. Fears.
Peace in our relationships begins with peace within ourselves.
When we carry unresolved battles inside, we risk bringing that storm into our homes and onto the people who love us.
A woman who is at war with her own heart cannot fully give love, because pain always spills over. But when we find balance, heal, and grow, we bring calm instead of chaos, support instead of strain, love instead of fear.
So let us remember: before seeking peace in someone else, we must first nurture it in our own soul. Only then can our homes become places of harmony, respect, and true love. 💜
If we talk about spouses, let’s not forget, two people come into relationships carrying luggage from their childhood. Inside that luggage may be unhealed wounds, fears of rejection, old patterns copied from parents, or silent expectations of how love and home should look.
If we don’t open our luggage and face what’s inside, we risk handing it to the person we love most. But when we dare to unpack it, to heal, forgive, and grow, we free ourselves. And in that freedom, we give our spouse, our family, and our children the gift of love without chains. ❤️
From my experience, I see that many people live afraid.
We may say, “I’m not afraid of anything, I trust Allah SWT ,” yet when we trace the roots of our anger or pain, fear is there. Beneath strong emotions, fears are hiding always.
*Awareness and self-responsibility are the keys to our growth.*‼️
So, dear sisters, pause and ask yourself:
• What old patterns do I repeat in my relationships (with spouse and kids)?
• Do I fear abandonment?
• Do I withdraw when I’m hurt?
• Do I expect others to read my mind?
Accept: My spouse and children are not here to heal my childhood wounds. That work begins with me.
One of the simplest tools what I’m always offering is journaling, writing down triggers, feelings, and what they remind you of from the past. Even just writing helps you see clearly what is hidden inside as well benefits your brain.
And, dear sisters, take responsibility for what is truly yours.
✨ You chose the spouse you have; you made the decision to marry, have children, job ect. And just the same - you are choosing the life you are living.
It may feel easier to say, “My family pressured me,” or “I didn’t really want this,” or “He or she did it for me” but honesty calls us to admit: our lives are our own decisions. ‼️
From this place of ownership, we have two paths - to grow and evolve, or to remain where we are.
And if you ever feel stuck, look deeper within: often behind that stuckness lies fear, quietly asking to be seen, understood, and healed.
🌸 Wishing you the courage not to run from your fears, but to face them with strength and faith. And for those who are currently struggling - remember, all sisters in this group having 30 minutes of free consultation with me. Sometimes the first step is simply not walking alone.❤️
