Salam Alaikum sisters. How are you feeling today?🌸
Welcome new sisters to the group ❤️
I noticed that more people complaining past two months. Most of them are in conflict with themselves and others, struggling in their daily life and feeling drained out, lost and exhausted. One lady said yesterday “seems everything is going wrong whatever I’m doing”.
I don’t know how many of you experiencing stress and struggles nowadays, but my advice would be -return back to yourself. Because only returning back to yourself will give you peace. What does it mean to return back to yourself? It means: sit, close your eyes, and with internal vision observe your body, ask yourself: How I’m feeling now? What I need right now? What are my basic needs? Are they fulfilled now, this minute? If not, go and fulfil: have food, good sleep ect. If they are fulfilled and you are feeling ok, means you are focused more at outside. And where your focus going your energy going, you are loosing your energy.
Then ask yourself: Do you really need it now? How you’ll feel when you get/happen it? And how you would feel if you won’t get/ won’t happen it? Why?
Ask yourself what I’m afraid of?
Fears are never about now. It’s a projection about future. When we really in danger and afraid we never overthinking about situation. Because we are in a “flight or fight” position and we are taking steps immediately.
So if you lost, anxious, scared, overthinking and struggling to make a decision choose the easiest way/ option what is not required so much your inner strength, “ sit back” and see what will happen. Sometimes life invites us to do PAUSE and wait. And it’s ok. Don’t worry you won’t become lazy and don’t stuck. Break is good for returning back to yourself and clarifying your feelings and thoughts. It helps to protect yourself from wasting energy on overthinking. Overwhelmed person can’t think rationally. So keep that in mind. And as much as you feeling yourself here and now, living now and being here and now for yourself and others it will give you clarity and stability in life.
Wishing everyone clarity and peace❤️
P.S. Actually I received one question about self esteem, how to boost it in children. But I would like to talk about self-worth first. So I’ll connect these topics together.
