Salam Alaikum, dear sisters, 🌸how are you feeling today?

Welcome new sisters to the group.❤️

Stop. Pause. Consciously read this message.
Not to fix anything… but simply to notice yourself. To be present and fully conscious with yourself.

TODAY is about: comforting your inner child and how to help yourself in the moments when you are feeling alone in your struggles.

Each of us carries *within us a little girl*—sensitive, loving, sometimes lost—who longs to be seen, held, and understood.
Sometimes she grows up too fast.
Sometimes she resists growing up at all.
Sometimes, she gets overwhelmed and hands her responsibility to others—or tries to carry too much alone.

And yet, when we see another woman going through something similar, we know what to say. We offer comfort, insight, encouragement. We see her clearly.

But why is it so hard to offer that same clarity, that same compassion, to ourselves?

Today, *I invite each of us to look at ourselves the way we would look at another sister*—with empathy, with respect, with honesty.

If you met someone who felt exactly like you do right now… what would you tell her?

Maybe you’d say:

“You’ve already carried so much. You don’t have to hold it all alone.”
Or:
“You deserve peace. You deserve joy. You deserve a new beginning.”

Because change begins with a single step.
And a step needs strength.
Strength is born from balance—between the mind and the heart.
And balance comes when our feelings and our actions are not fighting each other, but flowing in harmony.

So what would you tell her—yourself—if you truly listened?

Be honest. Be kind.
Be the sister you needed when you were that little girl.

Comforting your inner child is not weakness—it is a kind of strength.
*It helps us soften. Breathe. Heal.*❤️‍🩹
It reminds us that we can begin again—with tenderness and care.

So ask yourself today, with love:

“What does the little girl inside me need right now?”
And then, offer her even a small moment of peace. A kind word. A safe breath.

Practical Task:

NOW…

✅ Stand in front of a mirror (or use your phone’s front camera with sound off).
✅Start by speaking as yourself.
✅ Say something you’ve been struggling with. For example:
“I feel tired.”
“I don’t know what to do anymore.”
“I keep trying, and I still feel lost.”
✅Pause. Take a deep breath.
Now imagine you are your own older, wiser sister—calm, loving, honest.
✅Speak to yourself as she would.
Give yourself the kind, strong advice you would give to someone else. Say:

“You’ve already carried so much, and I’m proud of you.”
“It’s okay to rest. You don’t need to do everything alone.”
“I see you. You did your best. You don’t have to be strong all the time.”
“You’re safe now. I’m with you”.

✅End by saying one encouraging thing to yourself.
Example:
“I am here for you. We’re going to take this one step at a time.”

✅Afterward, write down one thing you said that felt true or powerful.

Why it helps:

• Builds self-compassion – calms your nervous system and reduces stress.
• Clarifies thoughts – helps separate emotions from judgment.
• Balances emotion and reason – activates both sides of the brain.
• Heals inner wounds – offers care your younger self may have missed.
• Strengthens resilience – reminds you of your inner wisdom and support.

Now you are an adult, and you can comfort yourself.
Hug yourself. Put on a blanket. Make tea for yourself. Take a brake. And if tears appear just cry.

This is something we should learn and remember not only in emotional moments, but especially when we feel calm and clear.
So when those hard moments come, we already know:

Don’t forget to comfort yourself.
And remember—*you are never alone in your struggles.*

Allah SWT is the closest to you. Dua is your strength.
You are the closest to yourself.
And yes—*there are people, too*. People who care. People who understand. People who will stand with you.

And I’m here for you🤗❤️

Wishing everyone inner peace and comfort. See you tomorrow in classes InshAllah. ❤️
