Yes, in many ways, we are not living in a tribal or village-like system anymore, where support was naturally built into daily life.
Now, so many mothers are doing this with limited help, isolated routines, and no one to simply say: “Let me hold the baby while you eat.”
It’s not weakness to feel tired. It’s the weight of doing so much alone, emotionally and physically and with limited help from husband.
But it’s possible to make it easier daily routine. I will be talking about family dynamics and how to restore balance. But I can say in advance: husbands today are not raised or supported to be emotionally present fathers. Many come from homes where gentleness and conscious parenting weren’t modeled.
We should acknowledge that they are naturally meant to be part of the family core but many are unnaturally driven away by today’s lifestyle, pressure to provide, emotional disconnection, or cultural conditioning that keeps them at a distance as well.

May Allah SWT make it easier for every mother walking this path with love but little help.🤲🏻

And may this sisterhood become the tribe we no longer have in reality. Because sisterhood connection no one can replace.❤️
