A colourful sisters’ afternoon exploring marriage traditions across cultures, distinguishing cultural customs from Islamic teachings, and celebrating sisterhood.
Activities include cultural and traditional dress, traditional food sharing, marriage and wedding traditions from different cultures, discussion and reflection, cultural demonstrations and time to connect with other sisters.
Open to women who are single, engaged or married.
Come in your cultural attire if you wish, and bring a traditional dish to share.
